Nestled in the bustling Chestnut Hill neighborhood, The Hart is a tropical restaurant and bar concept focusing on Pacific Rim flavors from Hawaiian native Justin Koziol. The Hart is located inside the BentoLiving Hotel and conceptually revolves around both work and play, guests and others, day and night. Powell’s design of the space features a central bar that wraps around soaring central columns and which creates a unique platform for plants and DJs alike. Breeze blocks line the bar front with shining gold acrylic lit from behind creating a stunning transition from night to day. There is a private dining room for 10 or more featuring a custom dining table and lounge space. White oak is a staple throughout along with custom crate chairs from a local maker. Varying shades of green our used throughout as well as plants to bring the outdoors in.
