Dozen is a cafe and bakery located in the vibrant Wedgewood Houston neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. Powell renovated the existing location in a few different spaces through the cafe - with our design and construction team. The bar and POS were reconfigured to accommodate an espresso machine and work station along with additional custom wood bakery shelves and trash station. A custom white oak slat banquette was added with coordinating c tables - the backside of the banquette now accommodates a retail section for Dozen merchandise. Tile was reimagined along the bakery case, POS and espresso bar as well as new cafe furniture was added from Powell’s procurement team.
