Redpepper

In the aftermath of the 2020 Nashville tornado, Powell took on the challenge of renovating Redpepper, an office space that had suffered severe damage. Redpepper is an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company and a top five Nashville creative marketing agency. The result is a blend of modern design and playful interior elements.

One of the highlights of the renovation is the natural light filled kitchen, which features sleek modern tile and appliances. The dowel detailing adds warmth to the space , while the modern appliances ensure that Redpepper's employees can prepare delicious meals and snacks with ease.

Another standout feature of the renovation is the first floor coffee bar, which features creative seating and lighting that curves underneath a colorful staircase. The seating is cozy for working on a laptop, while the lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere. For those who need a quiet space to work or relax, the renovation includes a beautiful library with custom shelving and custom wallpaper. The hanging swing is a playful touch that adds to the overall ambiance, while the wood shelving ensures that there is plenty of space for inspirational books for employees and awards display.

Finally, the bathrooms in the renovated space are anything but ordinary. With flair and creativity, Powell has transformed these spaces into works of art. From the bold mural to the stylish fixtures, every detail has been carefully considered. And to top it all off, a sculpture made from pieces of the tornado hangs over a monumental staircase, serving as a reminder of the strength and resilience of the Redpepper team.
