Powell's residential division, lead by Principal and Director of Residential Construction Brandon Ketcham, applies its integrated design-build process to residential spaces, combining architecture, interior design, construction, furniture procurement, and craft into a single client-focused service.
Powell offers a wide range of capabilities, from custom builds to historic renovations, and can be involved in an entire project or just one aspect of it. Powell can also be hired for individual services or any combination of architecture, construction, interior design, and furniture/decor procurement. They enjoy collaborating with others in the industry to bring their clients' visions to life.
The team has completed the construction of a luxury custom home in Franklin, and new projects are underway in Green Hills, Belle Meade, and Brentwood.
Brandon Ketcham, who has been with the firm since 2021, oversees all residential construction. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ketcham brings extensive experience in high-end, custom home construction, having overseen the construction of hundreds of houses during his 20-plus-year career.
