Fat Bottom Brewery Relocation
Craft brewery Fat Bottom Brewing Co. opened in East Nashville in 2011 and by 2015, they had already outgrown their original home in a converted Fluffo mattress warehouse. To accommodate their space needs and extend their services, Fat Bottom launched construction of a new campus in West Nashville neighborhood The Nations, including a large production brewery, full-service restaurant and taproom The Hop Yard, as well as the “Reserve,” a private event space with seating for 150 to 200 guests. Industrial inspiration carried through from the East Side space to the new one: brick, metal and rough-hewn wood bring a rugged, relaxed and lived-in energy to the spacious new location, which brought the local brewers more than 10 times the room to stretch, and the opportunity to add new sour and barrel-aged beers and a chic and sunny outdoor beer garden.
