Each unit has been thoughtfully crafted to offer guests a spacious bedroom and living room, complete with a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer. The property also features a ground-floor commercial space and a rooftop deck with breathtaking views of downtown Nashville.

Powell's team of experts handled the architecture, construction, and interior design of The Eighteen, drawing inspiration from the neighborhood's uniqueness and the property's quirky footprint to create a modern, organic feel. Intricately-veined quartz, hand-hewn tile, warm walnut and oak wood tones, concrete-look porcelain tile with accents of indigo blues, and black plumbing and hardware were layered together to achieve the look.

Known for their collaborations with the local creative maker community, Powell sourced custom wood shelving and bathroom vanities from HollerDesign, custom wood accent walls, and decorative hood surrounds from Mesa, and custom lighting from Southern Lights Electric.
