Greenery Co. is a healthy fast-casual restaurant nestled in historic Hillsboro Village in Nashville, Tennessee. The mission of Greenery Co is to make thoughtful choices simple - and Powell reiterated this sentiment throughout in the design and build of the exterior, interior and back of house. The 3,500 sq ft space features a thoughtful design throughout with classic style elements - white washed wood trusses and flooring, brass and rattan lighting, marble countertops and architectural wall trim. Their signature shade of green is brought in through furniture finishes and signage. Handmade sky blue tile contrasts the salad “green” wall allowing the fresh vegetables to pop while a cozy linen look banquette gives ample space to a single customer or large group. Powell aided Greenery Co. in reinventing the look of a typical fast casual restaurant.
