The Lookout Hotel located at 916 Main St totals 31,000 sq ft with a rooftop deck and four floors over a first floor parking area.There are 24 total units located on the bustling Main St of East Nashville. A modern style building that juxtaposes black and white elements. These come into play in the exterior materials as well as the interior finishes. LA Artist Erin Miller Wray was brought in to bring in the pop of color across all 5 stories. Corten was used on the exterior to bring in a natural element. Interior wise statement lighting in bold black shapes ground the rooms while black and white tile shapes and highlights each kitchen. The rooftop provides stunning sunset views to the guests and two retail units enliven the ground floor.
