The Verse Hotel located at 810 Jefferson comprises of four separate buildings totally 42,600 sq ft. Three of which are three stories and one is four stories which consists 35 units with a mixture of studios, two bedrooms units, and four bed units that are located in the Germantown neighborhood.

Each building has its own unique façade while maintaining a unifying thread between each building. 810 Jefferson takes up one entire block wrapped by 3 streets and an alley, so three of the four buildings front each of the streets while the fourth building is sited in the middle of the site around an urban scaled courtyard. There is a transition in scale from the building fronting Jefferson (four stories) to the buildings fronting the other 2 streets which are side streets. So the treatment of those two buildings have a more pedestrian scale with gable roofs and only three stories. The building fronting Jefferson is four stories with a roof wrapped by a parapet.

There are three main unifying exterior elements: a white stucco exterior, white board and batten exterior, and a blacken steel plate that wraps each window. Window sizing and placement and pop of paint color creates a playfulness throughout each building facade. These elements create a "timeless" aesthetic while also bringing bit of play and pop with the window placement, sizes, and colors.
